About MEDIA AMBITION TOKYO 2015
Media Ambition Tokyo, a real-life showcase of cutting-edge technological culture that takes an experimental approach to urban implementation, welcomes it 3rd anniversary this year in 2015. The event, with its collection of highly advanced art, video, music, and performances, will be expanding its site from Roppongi to Aoyama, Odaiba, Iidabashi and Shibuya. The event has brought roughly 120,000 visitors over the past two years. As a tangible communication program to experience the cutting-edge of a new era, it aims to create a space where people can meet and directly interact. Through interaction, a sense of personal and mutual wonders and excitements is born and is passed on to new generations. The creative synergy produced by genre-defying works of art will accelerate the development of new trends in technological culture. At MAT, ‘the co-existence of technology and art in Japan’s urban setting’ will be delivered to its global audience.
